Know Before You Book

A minimum deposit of $25 is required to book and secure an appointment.
When making an appointment you must select all services wishing to get done in order to block off time needed for your services.
Your deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours before hand to avoid charges. If you cancel 1 day prior to appointment, you are subject to a 50% charge of scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations are subject to 100% charge of scheduled appointment.

For all color and extension services, a consultation must be booked beforehand, this applies to current and new clients.
For color services, you are responsible to let the stylist know about any and every chemical service you have gotten done to your hair to ensure proper care for your hair.
We can’t predict the number of sessions to achieve a desired color on hair previously colored until the service has begun.

Kids (ages 12 and younger) are not allowed in the establishment unless they are being serviced.
All appointments made are required to pay a deposit to secure their date & time.
If you do not wish to pay the deposit, you are more than welcome to walk-in to be seen. Please be aware that walk-ins are taken upon availability and appointments have priority.
If you have any questions on pricing, it is your responsibility to ask before services are rendered as certain services have a starting price.
